    The operation is controlled by Numina’s RDS™ Warehouse Execution and Control System (WES-WCS) platform. RDS WES-WCS includes a voice-directed order fulfillment suite that manages the entire pick, pack, and ship order fulfillment process in the distribution center. RDS manages the order start using cartonization logic to direct the selection of the right size cooler, document insertion, and the order identification barcode label placed on the cooler.

    Automated Print and Apply of Packing Sheets and Shipping Labels

    One Step Plus accurately labels and manifests parcel shipments while making the manual hand application of shipping labels and pack sheet a thing of the past. One Step Plus can either print and insert the packing sheet into open shipping cartons, or print and automatically fold and tuck the 8.5″ x 11″ packing sheet under a removable carrier shipping label.

    One Step Plus includes inline scan, weigh and print and apply labeling to apply UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS, and compliance shipping labels, in combination with the automated application or insertion of the 8.5″ x 11″ packing sheet at rates of 10-12 cartons per minute. One Step Plus can handle a wide variety of products flats and cartons ranging from .25″ and 30′ high.
